Change of address

​It is important that family and student information is kept up to date. Therefore, we ask that if there is any change of circumstance such as change of address and/or telephone number, that the school be notified in writing as soon as possible.  Forms are available from the office to update information. 


In the past we have encountered difficulty in contacting parents in an emergency because this information has not been available.
