The bell sounds at the following times:
8.45am School Begins
11.00am First Break commences
11.45am School resumes
1.20pm Second Break commences
1.50pm School resumes
2.50pm School finishes
Parade is held in the covered play area on Monday mornings at 8.50am. Parents are welcome to attend.
Admission
An enrolment agreement and application
for student enrolment form must be completed by the parent or guardian prior to
a student being admitted to the school. Parents are expected to discuss their child’s enrolment with the
Principal or Deputy Principal, though prior arrangement for an interview is
necessary. Transfer information will be
arranged from school to school if transferring within the state.
Arrival Times
Students are expected to be at school in preparation for commencement of lessons at 8.45am. If students arrive around 8.30am they will have adequate time to prepare for the school day.
Departure Time
The school day ends at 2.50pm. Students are expected to depart promptly. Those students waiting to be collected must assemble in the shelter sheds near the main car park. In order to ease congestion in the car park, parents may like to stagger arrival time with some parents arriving around 3pm. Students not collected by 3.10pm however, will be accompanied to the office to wait for parents’ arrival.
Late Arrivals/Early Departures
Students arriving/leaving outside of bell times must be signed in/out through the office. Parents are to present to the office before attending the classrooms as a computer slip will be generated and this slip must then be handed to the teacher for verification that you have signed through the office.
